Job summary

Baylor University seeks a One Stop Representative to join the Enrollment Management team. You will be the front-line resource for prospective and current students and families by providing accurate, timely guidance on admissions, financial aid, student accounts, and other enrollment services across multiple channels.

A high school diploma and one year of relevant experience are required; a bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current students and families across in-person, phone, email, and chat channels.
• Engage with students and families, offering individualized guidance and addressing inquiries.
• Document interactions accurately in university systems and follow up as needed.
• Assist with admissions, financial aid, student accounts, and enrollment-related topics.
• Support enrollment management initiatives and campus events as assigned.
