Baylor University One Stop team is seeking a full-time temporary One Stop Representative to assist students and families with financial aid, billing, and enrollment questions. The role emphasizes telephone-based service, accuracy, and professionalism in a high-volume environment.

The position supports documentation, training, and collaboration with campus resources. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered; travel outside Texas may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide telephone-based customer service to prospective and current students and families.
• Explain enrollment-related questions and route complex inquiries to appropriate resources.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records across university systems.
• Support other customer service activities as needed, including email and in-person assistance.
