Responsibilities

• Provide direct assistance to students, families, and customers and coach through admissions, enrollment, financial aid, student accounts, and financial literacy.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop solutions.
• Utilize CRM database to track requests and manage the student lifecycle.
• Comply with university policies and complete ongoing training.
• Participate in outreach initiatives to promote UNT One Stop services.
