Pensacola State College is seeking a Student Engagement Specialist for the Charter Academy. You will drive recruitment, deliver admissions presentations, and advise applicants while coordinating visits for prospective students and parents.

The role supports career exploration and college readiness across Charter Academy students. The position reports to the Dean, Charter Academy and requires a bachelor’s degree, a Florida driver’s license, and successful background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a valid Florida driver's license.
• Criminal background check required; background investigation per Florida statute §435.04(2).
• FDLE background check conducted for successful candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and outreach to support enrollment goals for the Charter Academy.
• Conduct admissions presentations and advise on the admissions process.
• Arrange visits and tours for prospective students and families; support career exploration and student success initiatives.
