Job summary

Pensacola State College is seeking a full-time Recruiter to grow enrollment through targeted outreach, represent the College at events, and build partnerships with schools, businesses, and the military. The role also serves as an admissions advisor and requires some evening/weekend commitments and occasional travel; it reports to the Dean of Admissions and College Registrar.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or an associate degree with two years relevant experience) and a valid state

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree with two years of relevant experience and a valid driver's license.
• Criminal background check is required.
• Background investigations compliance per college policy.

Responsibilities

• Represent the College at events to promote enrollment and partnerships.
• Engage with area schools, businesses, and the military to attract students.
• Advise applicants through admissions and onboarding processes.
• Occasional travel and some evening/weekend commitments required.
