Job summary

The University of Denver's Student Engagement and Leadership Development team seeks a Manager for Projects & Operations in Denver, CO. This role provides comprehensive project management, administrative and operational support to coordinate programs, events and initiatives across engagement functions.

You will manage contracts, purchasing, vendor coordination, front desk operations, inventory, and cross‑unit communications.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or combination of 3+ years of education and work experience.
• Experience with customer service management.
• Experience working with students.
• Experience with event and project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate portfolio-wide project and event planning and logistics for programs and events.
• Support contracts, purchasing, vendor coordination, invoices, and compliance with policies.
• Oversee front desk operations, event check-in, and space coordination.
• Manage inventory, supplies, equipment, and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with staff, campus partners, and external stakeholders; maintain records and assist with special projects.
