Job summary

The University of Denver is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the University Relations team, driving projects from intake to completion and supporting operational workflows across the division. You will help build scalable processes from the ground up.

Reporting to the Strategic Initiatives Support Manager, you will work with campus partners, manage communications, schedules and documentation, and represent the University with a professional, customer-service mindset in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or military training.
• 1+ year of experience in project coordination, project management, marketing operations, communications, or related field.
• Ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple concurrent projects from intake to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Develop and refine project management processes and templates.
• Coordinate email communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Produce reports and status updates for leadership.
• Support scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder communications.
