Job summary

The role supervises graduate and undergraduate staff to implement a dynamic involvement experience and collaborates with students, staff, and advisors to extend the reach of the Student Engagement Center.

• Experience in developing educational materials, programs, and workshops.
• Ability to engage a diverse student body through events and initiatives.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and with student organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for student organizations and community engagement programs.
• Oversee events, budgets, and program development for student involvement.
• Design training for student organization advisors on risk management and guidelines.
• Represent the center at campus events and recruitment activities.
• Supervise graduate staff and coordinate marketing and communications for SEC initiatives.
