Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required upon appointment.
• Experience in event programming, community service, or orientation programming.
• Master’s degree in higher education administration considered.
• Experience applying student development theory to program design.
• Demonstrated ability to foster student engagement through co-curricular experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee student organization recognition, finances, and support.
• Develop student leadership programs and training.
• Coordinate community service opportunities with partners.
• Plan campus-wide programs and events.
• Advise programming boards and support student-led events.
• Promote involvement opportunities through outreach and social media.
• Collaborate on student orientation programs.
• Analyze data on student engagement and report outcomes.
