Job summary

The Office of Student Success at the University of Kansas School of Business is seeking an undergraduate Student Success Assistant to help students build connections, navigate campus resources, and engage with programs supporting academic and professional growth.

You will develop workshops, coordinate events, collect feedback, and promote resources while acting as a campus ambassador at events to enhance the student experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience providing high-quality customer service or previous office experience.
• Strong written communication skills as evidenced by application materials.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate student success programs, events, and leadership initiatives.
• Coordinate event logistics, including materials, room setup, and on-site support.
• Support assessment by collecting feedback and tracking participation.
• Provide peer support to students and connect them with campus resources.
