Job summary

This role emphasizes event logistics, student engagement, and collaboration with professional staff to improve the student experience and access campus resources.

Qualifications

• Previous experience providing high-quality customer service or previous office experience.
• Strong written communication skills as evidenced by application materials.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support development and coordination of student success programs, events, and leadership activities.
• Maintain MSP-B Lounge and assist with scheduling, communications, and materials.
• Create and update bulletin boards and promotional materials highlighting resources and opportunities.
• Support outreach and engagement activities to connect students with School of Business resources.
