Job summary

Temple University seeks a Student Engagement Operations Coordinator within the New Student and Family Programs (NSFP) team. This on-site role supports day-to-day operations, purchasing, and personnel processes, while assisting with Student Leadership and Engagement activities.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Office software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of related professional experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Slate.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for NSFP.
• Assist with portfolio-wide administrative processes and initiatives.
• Support programs and events such as Orientation, Weeks of Welcome, and Homecoming and Family Weekend.
• Maintain office operations, financial and purchasing processes, and personnel procedures.
