Job summary

Temple University's Leadership & Career Studies (L&CS) program seeks a Program Manager to oversee the program's strategic direction and daily operations within the College of Education and Human Development. The role ensures compliance with applicable regulations and guides a multidisciplinary team to support student success.

The position also drives student recruitment and enrollment, manages data and billing, and builds partnerships with external agencies to advance program goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and at least four years of relevant experience.
• Proven knowledge of inclusive higher education for adults with disabilities.
• Experience with families and organizations serving individuals with ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and day-to-day administration of the L&CS program.
• Ensure compliance with county, state, and waiver system regulations.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and support professional growth.
• Coordinate student recruitment, enrollment, and interview activities.
• Manage program data, billing compliance, and provider qualifications.
