Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required and minimum three years in higher education supporting student engagement, leadership, or related services.
• Master’s Degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Leadership, Education, Social Work preferred.
• Experience coordinating programs, supervising staff, and partnering with campus partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate collegewide co-curricular student engagement and leadership programming across campuses and online.
• Supervise, coach, schedule, and evaluate student employees and graduate staff.
• Develop and support student clubs, organizations, and leadership initiatives, providing officer/advisor training.
• Develop and assess engagement experiences, marketing strategies, and evaluation efforts to increase participation and outcomes.
• Advise designated leadership programs and create pathways from participation to leadership.
• Participate in assessment, committees, budgeting, and cross-campus collaboration to advance student engagement goals.
