Job summary

The Coordinator, Student Engagement and Leadership at Tennessee Board of Regents leads collegewide co-curricular programming to build belonging and leadership across campuses and online. You will supervise student employees and advise student organizations, coordinating with Campus Deans and partners to ensure consistent outcomes and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of student development, co-curricular learning, and leadership development.
• Program development, implementation, assessment, and data-informed decision making.
• Staff supervision, coaching, and development, preferably with college students.
• Student conduct, conflict de-escalation, and crisis response.
• Cross-functional collaboration and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead collegewide co-curricular student engagement and leadership programming across all campuses and online.
• Supervise and evaluate Student Engagement student employees and temporary staff.
• Develop student clubs and organizations collegewide, including training for officers/advisors.
• Develop marketing strategies and assessment plans to increase engagement and learning outcomes.
• Advise designated student leadership programs and create leadership pathways.
