Job summary

Stonehill College's Office of Student Engagement seeks a motivated student intern for the 2026–2027 academic year. The role involves supporting events, updating systems, and coordinating activities to enhance campus life, with up to 8 hours per week and in-office presence required.

Ideal candidates have student involvement or leadership experience, are creative thinkers, and eager to advance Stonehill student life.

Qualifications

• Must be a Stonehill student eligible for federal work-study.
• Experience in student involvement or leadership preferred.
• Creative thinker with enthusiasm for student life.
• Comfort with coordinating events and communicating with clubs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating the Guidebook with events and programs.
• Support student organizations by updating the master student org sheet.
• Coordinate Meet & Go events and late-night weekend programs.
• Communicate with clubs to update event information on 25Live.
• Help plan and implement campus programs like Commencement Eve Reception and Family Weekend.
• Attend weekly meetings with supervisor and participate in OSE events.
