Nucleus Institute in Utah is seeking an Events Intern to support the marketing team by planning and coordinating logistics for a wide range of events throughout the school year. You will assist with timelines, run-of-show documents, on-site setup, and post-event evaluation while coordinating with departments, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling, tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for a wide variety of events throughout the school year, including venue setup, scheduling, and day of execution.
• Serve as a point of contact for event logistics including catering, AV and equipment needs, room reservations, and transportation.
• Coordinate with campus departments, vendors, and community partners to confirm event details and timelines.
• Develop and maintain event timelines, checklists, and run of show documents to keep events on track.
• Provide on-site event support, including setup, registration, and breakdown.
• Track event budgets, supplies, and inventory as needed.
• Collect post-event feedback and assist with evaluating event success for future planning.
