Job summary

A leading educational institution is seeking a Special Events Intern to contribute to operations while obtaining hands-on experience with special events. This role involves assisting with event logistics, vendor communication, and on-site coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and proactive, comfortable with project planning and stakeholder communication. Evening availability is required since many events take place outside regular hours. Qualifications

  • Current enrollment or recent graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program from an accredited college or university.
  • Preferred knowledge of healthcare industry.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event logistics, vendor communication, and on-site coordination.
  • Help maintain event timelines and organize registration lists.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance attendee experience.
