Job summary

Rollins College is seeking a Student Engagement Intern for the Center for Leadership & Community Engagement (CLCE) to help develop summer programs and support campus-community partnerships.

The intern will contribute to SPARC Day of Service and SummerSERVE, coordinate with community partners, and assist with marketing, outreach, and project management while gaining professional skills in a Liberal Arts setting.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be a Rollins undergraduate student graduating December 2026 or later.
• The internship runs May 18–August 28, 2026, about 40 hours/week with some evening/weekend hours.
• Participation in Rollins College academic internship program and 4 credits is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing CLCE summer programs (SPARC Day of Service & SummerSERVE).
• Engage in community partner outreach and manage SPARC supplies and resources.
• Project management for SummerSERVE including planning, outreach, logistics, and marketing.
