Job summary

Rollins College’s Center for Career & Life Planning seeks an Associate Director to lead career advising and internships for undergrad, graduate students, and alumni. You will oversee Academic Internship Programs, course registrations, and staff development to advance student readiness.

You will collaborate with faculty, employers, and campus partners to expand high-impact opportunities, implement best practices, and ensure inclusive, student-centered career education across Rollins.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education, counseling, college student personnel, human resources, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive career advising services for undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni.
• Administer Academic Internship Program, including Canvas management and policies.
• Oversee internship postings, site partnerships, and program assessment.
• Develop and deliver career readiness programs and workshops.
• Provide training and mentorship to graduate assistants and student staff.
