Job summary

Rollins College is seeking an Assistant Director of Career Exploration to join the Center for Career & Life Planning. The role develops, implements, and assesses career exploration programs, mentoring initiatives, networking events, and job shadowing to enhance student readiness and professional growth.

Responsibilities include advising students and alumni, managing Career Communities, building partnerships with alumni and employers, and creating personalized pathways linking interests,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, counseling, HR, organizational leadership, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career advising to students and alumni across all phases of career development.
• Lead assigned Career Communities and stay current on industry trends and AI's impact on careers.
• Develop and facilitate career-related programs, workshops, and experiential opportunities.
• Collaborate with faculty, alumni, employers, and campus partners to engage students.
