Rollins College is seeking an Associate Director of Career Advising & Internships to lead career advising services and internship programs. You will supervise staff, manage the Academic Internship Program, and collaborate with faculty, employers, alumni, and community partners to expand high-quality internship opportunities.

The role aims to advance career readiness and integrate career development into the Rollins experience, building a nationally recognized, innovative center for career

Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education, counseling, college student personnel, human resources, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive career advising for undergraduates, graduates, and alumni; guide exploration, internships, job search, and grad school planning.
• Administer Academic Internship Program, Canvas management, registration, and faculty support.
• Develop and expand employer partnerships to create internship opportunities for Rollins students.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to graduate assistants and staff; support program excellence.
• Lead departmental planning, assessment, and reporting to advance institutional priorities.
• Represent the Center on campus committees and professional associations.
