Job summary

The Georgia Society of CPAs (GSCPA) is seeking an organized, proactive and relationship-focused professional to join our team as Member & Student Engagement Coordinator. This role focuses on student engagement and support for GSCPA's statewide chapters, working with members, educators, and volunteers to deliver well-organized programs and strong communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in association work or student engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work some evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student membership recruitment and onboarding.
• Build relationships with educators, campus contacts, and students across Georgia.
• Coordinate student communications, career programs, and initiatives.
• Serve as staff contact for statewide chapters; provide scheduling and materials.
• Assist GSCPA events: registrations, vendors, venues, and logistics.
• Maintain volunteer records and meeting attendance.
• Support member engagement and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate across departments on organization-wide programs.
• Provide responsive service to members, students, educators and volunteers.
• Own assigned projects and seek process improvements.
