The Georgia Society of CPAs (GSCPA), a professional association serving nearly 12,000 members, seeks an Education Operations Coordinator.The Education Coordinator supports the successful delivery of GSCPA's continuing professional education (CPE) programs by providing exceptional customer service, monitoring live educational events, managing participant communications, and ensuring accurate completion of post-program administrative processes. This role serves as the primary point of contact for learners during live educational programs and plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality learning experience.
The position combines technical support, customer service, operational coordination, and continuous process improvement to ensure members receive timely assistance and a seamless educational experience.
This position is a hybrid position, primarily remote work. Healthcare, 401(k), PTO, and other benefits provided.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Support & Member Experience
- Serve as the primary customer service support member for the department, managing communication channels such as email inboxes and department phone calls.
- Respond to member questions regarding registrations, attendance, completion certificates, cancellations, audit questions and technical issues
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend process improvements.
Certificate & Completion Administration
- Process and distribute CPE completion certificates
- Verify attendance records and participation requirements
- Maintain documentation required for compliance
Learning Operations Support
- Assist with preparation of livestream events
- Verify course materials and links
- Assist with presenter communications
- Assist with course setup and quality assurance
Live Stream Course Assistance
- Launch, monitor, and close daily livestream CPE programs
- Verify presenters, moderators, and attendees can successfully access virtual learning platforms
- Monitor audio, video, chat, attendance, polling, and participant engagement throughout programs
- Troubleshoot technical issues or coordinate with the Technology team when necessary
- Communicate promptly with instructors and participants regarding technical concerns
- Ensure attendance monitoring and participation requirements meet compliance standards
- Document technical issues and recommend improvements
- Report recurring technical issues
- Identify opportunities to improve learner experience
- Recommend process improvements
- Assist in developing FAQs, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures
- Collect participant feedback related to technology and user experience

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- One year of customer service, education administration, event support, or operations experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take direction well and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Comfortable learning new technology platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred
- Experience supporting virtual meetings or webinars
- Experience with Zoom Webinar, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience in continuing education, association management, or higher education
