University of South Carolina is seeking a Coordinator for Chapter Services to advise fraternities and sororities, manage chapter programming, and support leadership development across the Greek community.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of student development, leadership theory and public relations.
• Ability to interact with internal and external constituents and community partners.
• Demonstrated skills in planning and executing special events and programs.
• Ability to interpret and apply policy and procedure for program coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor to at least one governing council and oversee recruitment, orientation, and new member education.
• Advise a cohort of chapters through the chapter coaching model and liaise with advisors and national staff.
• Support leadership and harm-reduction programming initiatives and recruit emerging leaders.
• Train leaders in membership and academic records management and renewal processes.
• Implement community-wide education and assessment to prepare students for job opportunities after graduation.
