Job summary

GACC South is seeking a Member Relationship Coordinator to strengthen our Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida network. You will cultivate relationships, drive membership growth, and ensure high-quality member experiences while coordinating visits and events.

You will engage members, manage CRM data, and analyze engagement metrics. Occasional evenings/weekends and regional travel enable successful onboarding, events, and partnerships while working with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in membership management, customer relations, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Comfortable traveling within the region (up to 30–40%) and occasionally working evenings or weekends for events.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for company visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for membership growth, engagement, and retention.
• Conduct regular company visits (group visits by region) to present benefits, identify opportunities, and strengthen relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and advocate for member needs within the Chamber.
• Support onboarding with tailored membership packages and ensure smooth integration into GACC South’s network.
• Promote networking between members and connect them with relevant services, partners, and resources.
• Maintain accurate member and prospect data in Dynamics and GlueUp.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics and share insights through monthly reports and dashboards.
• Conduct member surveys to align services with member needs and departmental goals.
• Plan and execute member-focused events in collaboration with the team.
• Support major Chamber signature events to foster engagement and visibility.
• Capture and share visits or event highlights on LinkedIn.
