Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans seeks an Engagement Coordinator for Thomas Jefferson University to manage customer service plans guiding students from inquiry to enrollment. You will assist with recruiting and training student employees and oversee a team in the Office of Admissions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field, experience in admissions, and familiarity with Slate by Technolutions; strong Microsoft Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant fields.
• 0+ years of professional experience; leadership experience is not required.
• Experience in undergraduate/graduate admissions preferred.
• Experience with Slate by Technolutions preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interact with staff, visitors, and colleagues in line with Jefferson values.
• Respond to inbound Admissions and Financial Aid inquiries via phone, email, text, or chat; route to appropriate staff.
• Develop and execute a customer service–oriented strategy to qualify leads and track recruitment performance.
• Manage the Ambassador Program, provide leadership and mentorship to student leaders.
• Direct daily operations of the Admissions Visit Centers in East Falls and Center City.
