Job summary

Jefferson Health seeks a Student Engagement Coordinator to lead competency-based programs for graduate and professional students at Center City and Dixon campus. The role develops events, promotes belonging, and collaborates with the Office of Student Life and Engagement.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor management, marketing materials, and supervising student staff while supporting wellness initiatives and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in higher education event planning and management.
• Knowledge of competency-based programming and student engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, planning, implementation, and assessment of engagement activities.
• Develop and promote a monthly schedule of events for Student Affairs.
• Coordinate logistics, vendors, catering, A/V, and event registrations.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise student employees and manage budgets.
