Hult International Business School in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a proactive Student Engagement Coordinator to support prospective students from initial enquiry to application. You will excel in communication, attention to detail, and managing multiple tasks while collaborating with regional teams.

This role involves maintaining student records in Salesforce, generating reporting in MS Office, and ensuring a positive, high‑quality experience throughout the student journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in sales, customer service, student engagement or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to prospective students through active listening, information guidance, and effective problem-solving.
• Respond to student inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and other channels with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proactively outreach to engaged students to support in the application process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, application processes, and deadlines to provide accurate guidance to students.
• Accurately manage student records and engagement activities in Salesforce.
• Work closely with regional teams to ensure students' needs are met efficiently.
• Effectively handle multiple student applications and inquiries simultaneously.
