Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of related experience.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience collecting data via digital surveys, phone calls, texts, emails, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors to the Business Career Services office.
• Greet students and external partners visiting for recruitment events and on-campus interviews.
• Interact with customers by answering the main phone line and manage the email inbox for general inquiries.
• Collect employment outcomes for three graduating classes per academic year (approx. 1,000 graduates/year).
• Communicate with graduates by phone, text, and email to achieve a strong knowledge rate.
• Utilize 12twenty data management platform and Excel to record, cleanse, and analyze data.
• Submit data to accrediting bodies such as the AACSB and hire/train supervise ~3 student CSAs.
