The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with 3 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel and data management platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years related experience.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in higher education or customer-facing environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM/database systems.
• Experience hiring, training, supervising, evaluating and celebrating employees.
• Strong communication and data collection/analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors to the Business Career Services office.
• Greet students and provide hospitality to external partners during recruitment events and on-campus interviews.
• Interact with customers by answering the main phone line and manage the email inbox for general inquiries.
• Collect employment outcomes at graduation, 3-months and 6-months after graduation for three graduating classes per year (~1,000 graduates).
• Communicate with graduates by phone, text, and email, aiming for a high knowledge rate.
• Utilize 12twenty data management platform and Excel to record, cleanse, and analyze data.
• Submit data to accrediting bodies such as AACSB and provide specialized data analyses to colleagues.
• Hire, train, supervise, evaluate and celebrate ~3 student Career Services Assistants.
• Oversee office needs including processing checks, inventorying supplies, and sorting mail.
• Plan meetings, reserve rooms, and order meals for team members.
• Maintain relationships with vendors with contractual ties to the office.
• Support team with special projects, classroom programming, and event coordination.
