Franklin University seeks a Student Desktop Technician in Columbus, OH. You will support students, staff, and faculty with technology questions, hardware and software issues, and equipment configuration. The role includes PC deployment, inventory, and timely escalation of high-impact problems.

The Student Desktop Technician position supports the Department by assisting students, staff, and faculty by phone, email, and in person with their technology questions and problems, hardware and software support, and installation and configuration of equipment. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the candidate’s availability and the workload of the department. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours a week, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8-6.
