Job summary

Pearland ISD is seeking a District Specialist, Student Data Support to manage the district webstore and support staff with student data access and reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of SIS platforms, PEIMS, and data reconciliation, plus the ability to produce clear documentation.

Two years of technology experience in an education environment is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. This on-site position entails normal office duties and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of SIS and PEIMS for student data handling.

• Experience with district webstores and data reporting is essential.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the district webstore including setup, pricing, and payments.
• Provide staff support for student data access, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reconciliation across systems.
• Create and maintain user guides and SOPs for SIS and webstore processes.
