Job summary

Charter Schools USA in Jacksonville seeks a Student Rec & System Data Specialist to collect and enter student and school data into district and CSUSA SIS, aligning with state and district requirements to ensure optimal support and funding.

You will collaborate with school leaders, enrollment, curriculum, operations, and student support to adapt data, maintain records, ensure FERPA compliance, and support accurate funding cycles through PowerSchool integration and data integrity.

Qualifications

Proficient experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SIS, and email communications.
Knowledge of Federal, State, and local requirements for K-12 schools and charter school law is preferred.
Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Enter, verify, correct, and audit student data across SIS, enrollment, and state/district systems.
Maintain student records, attendance, grades, and reporting in the SIS.
Coordinate with CSUSA departments to ensure tight PowerSchool integration for accurate system usage.
Assist in year-end and start-of-year data processes and reporting.
Prepare enrollment and program reports for school leadership.
