Charter Schools USA seeks a detail‑oriented Data Specialist to join our enrollment and student data team. You will collect, enter, and audit student information, ensuring accuracy across SIS and district systems, while supporting attendance, schedules, and reporting.

As part of CSUSA, you will collaborate with school leaders and departments to maintain compliant records, facilitate funding, and drive reliable data for state reporting and student services.

Qualifications

• Has ability to use social media and digital marketing to promote the school and CSUSA.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SIS; strong email communication.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local K-12 requirements and charter school laws.
• Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and audit student data; correct incomplete documents.
• Maintain accurate student attendance, schedules, and grades in SIS and district systems.
• Coordinate with CSUSA departments to ensure PowerSchool integration and data accuracy.
• Prepare reports for enrollment, attendance, and state reporting; ensure data integrity.
