Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Criminal justice fingerprint/background clearance.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.

Aufgaben

• Adheres to the procedural direction, training, and oversight for the purpose of compliance with District requirements.
• Develops master class schedule for the purpose of ensuring course and class size accuracy.
• Informs Administrators of possible student course deficiencies or unusual placements for the purpose of ensuring student success and course requirements in accordance with District policy.
• Interprets transcripts of incoming students for the purpose of transferring grades and semester credit hours into the district student information system.
• Maintains a variety of files, documents and student records utilizing the computerized student records system for the purpose of documenting and/or providing reliable information relative to records.
• Performs notary services for the purpose of providing source of assistance for documents that are to be notarized.
• Performs enrollment and withdrawal activities on the automated student information system for the purpose of ensuring compliance with financial, legal, state or federal requirements.
• Prepares written materials for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference and/or conveying information.
• Processes requests from students, other districts, colleges/universities and/or employment agencies for the purpose of providing required information.
• Reviews established guidelines in evaluating incoming student transcripts for the purpose of ensuring their conformance with district grading, curriculum and course credit systems.
• Verifies student information for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy of the information.
