Job summary

Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) seeks a Program Performance Technician to manage student records, registration data, LEIS reporting, and assessment administration for Adult Education. You will verify attendance, support rosters, and ensure confidentiality of records in a collaborative environment.

You will work under the Director of Program Engagement and Evaluation, contributing to accurate data analysis on student performance and retention to inform program decisions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher with related experience in records management.
• Experience with data entry, FERPA and privacy considerations.
• Experience using enterprise student information systems and data reporting.
• Ability to manage confidential information and adhere to audits.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain student records, register data, LEIS, grades, graduates, and contact hours.
• Maintain transcript documentation and records; pre-audit course rosters.
• Administer TABE, CASAS, and NRS assessments in person or remotely as required.
• Analyze data on student performance and retention and report findings.
