Job summary

Meeting Street Schools is seeking a detail-oriented Student Data Administrator to ensure accurate SIS operations, attendance, and enrollment management across our South Carolina campuses. You will act as the go-to expert for student data, supporting school leaders with real-time insights and regulatory-compliant reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or related field, with experience in data reporting and student information systems such as PowerSchool, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated expertise in information systems and data reporting; experience with student data platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with state and federal student education eligibility regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Student Information System (SIS) and other student data platforms; provide user support and troubleshooting.
• Oversee daily attendance and enrollment processes; train teachers and ensure data integrity and timely entry.
• Maintain secure, organized student records (physical and digital) with compliant data management.
• Deliver clear, actionable enrollment, behavior, and attendance reports to inform school and network decisions; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations on compliance, district surveys, and reporting needs.
