University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee invites applications for the position of Student Connection & Achievement Manager at the Roberto Hernández Center. You will lead daily operations, programs, and services that advance Latino/a/e student success and belonging on campus.

The role supervises professional and student staff, manages budgets and resources, and builds partnerships across campus and with the community to support student engagement, leadership development, and academic achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Higher Education, Education, Student Affairs, or a related field.
• Three or more years of professional experience in higher education, student affairs, multicultural affairs, or a related field.
• Experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and programs of the Roberto Hernández Center.
• Foster student engagement, belonging, leadership, and academic achievement.
• Oversee assessment, partnerships, and collaboration campus-wide.
• Supervise professional and student staff and manage budgets.
• Support divisional initiatives and committees.

Education
