Responsibilities

• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Be punctual for scheduled shifts and arrange substitutes as needed.
• Concisely communicate information to guests and staff.
• Limit distractions and provide excellent customer service to conference attendees.
• Inform guests about conference arrangements, Miami University, and Oxford, Ohio.
• Check guests in and out of residence hall rooms, ensuring security procedures."
• Record information on housing rosters and reports.
• Relay information between shifts and with Conference Service Staff and Residence Hall housekeeping.
