Job summary

Albany State University seeks a Student Conduct Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations in the Office of Student Support and Student Conduct. This role handles intake, review, investigations, and resolution of misconduct, including hearings and educational meetings, while maintaining accurate case records and supporting intervention efforts.

The coordinator will develop trainings for faculty, staff, and students and support conduct hearing board members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, business admin or related field required.
• Two or more years' experience in student affairs.
• Experience keeping confidential records and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate and build positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Complete admin responsibilities related to student conduct and hearings; monitor sanctions.
• Perform impartial investigations for student conduct matters as needed.
• Facilitate administrative and formal hearings for students when applicable.
• Assist with conduct processes for individual student or student organization misconduct.
• Conduct educational meetings with students as part of resolution process.
• Maintain case records in the conduct management system and prepare data for reporting.
• Develop and deliver training for faculty, staff, and students.
