Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Student Conduct, the role oversees conduct processes, training programs, Clery reporting, hazing policy enforcement, and collaboration with campus police to promote student development and campus safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education conduct or risk management preferred.
• Knowledge of Clery Act and federal regulations.
• Strong leadership, training, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Student Conduct Office and ensure compliance with university policies.
• Lead development and implementation of training and professional development for conduct staff and consultants.
• Coordinate Clery reporting and work with campus police on the Annual Security Report.
• Advise and support students, faculty, and campus partners on conduct matters and educational outcomes.
