Job summary

Highlands College seeks a Student Conduct Coordinator to manage the conduct review process, intake reports, triage cases, and coordinate formal reviews. The role maintains records, timelines, and ensures due process while separating pastoral care from decision making.

The Coordinator will work with multiple college offices, ensure timely outcomes, and support the mission alignment of conduct processes with integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of experience in higher education, student affairs, compliance, student conduct, investigations, case management, or project coordination preferred.
• Experience coordinating complex, cross‑functional processes with multiple stakeholders and deadlines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Intake, triage, and routing of reports/complaints concerning student misconduct.
• Coordinate Formal Conduct Reviews and assign neutral reviewers.
• Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and process steps from intake to final resolution.
• Ensure meaningful opportunities for respondents to respond and access relevant information.
• Maintain confidential records and data with appropriate privacy controls.
• Collaborate with offices across the college and leadership for governance and policy alignment.
