Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3 years of related experience for Assistant Director.
• Bachelor’s degree; 1 year of related experience for Specialist.
• Familiarity with student conduct processes is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Administrative Hearing Officer for disciplinary cases.
• Provide case management and outreach services to students.
• Develop outreach initiatives and assist with training for board members.
• Back up to the Dean of Students as needed.
• Maintain records in Maxient and related systems.
• Respond to inquiries about student conduct status and policies.
