Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration, student affairs, counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Three years of professional experience in student conduct, case management, student support services, or related area.
• Knowledge of student conduct processes, FERPA, and due process principles.
• Ability to work with students experiencing crisis, distress, or complex personal circumstances.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a conduct officer for alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct and conduct intake meetings, investigations, and administrative hearings.
• Provide centralized case management for students facing personal, medical, mental health, academic, or life crises, including outreach, referrals, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with campus partners (Housing, University Police, Counseling Services, Financial Aid, etc.) to support student success and continuity of care.
• Balance accountability and support by addressing behavior and related stressors with ethical role separation.
• Assist with education, outreach, and prevention initiatives related to student conduct and help-seeking behaviors.
