Job summary

Oklahoma City Community College seeks a Student Conflict Resolutions Coordinator to administer the student conduct program, develop policies, and oversee investigations and sanctions. The role includes vendor management for sanction engagement and learning development.

You will also lead training for faculty and staff,-review conduct codes, and produce annual reports on student resolution activities and equity metrics across campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sociology, Human Relations, Public Relations or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ professional full-time higher education experience in student conduct, development, housing, advising, or related areas
• Knowledge of FERPA, Title IX, Clery Act and related laws governing student conduct and privacy
• Experience in conducting investigations, adjudications, and policy development

Responsibilities

• Oversee student conduct investigations, adjudications, sanctions, and monitoring
• Develop standardized correspondence, processes, and educational programming
• Manage third-party vendor relationships for sanction engagement and learning development
• Attend training in conflict resolutions and related areas
• Produce regular reports on student resolution activity and trends
