• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or six years of directly related full-time experience and two years of related experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills; ability to train and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate formal and informal administrative hearings in student conduct cases.
• Investigate, evaluate and adjudicate violations of the student conduct code; prepare charge letters and hearing outcome letters.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate the student conduct program; train and support conduct team members.
