Job summary

The Manager, Completion and Success at Lone Star College–CyFair oversees the Records department to ensure accurate student records, graduation processing, transcript evaluation, enrollment verification, and state reporting.

This role ensures compliance with college, state, and federal laws, leads Records Specialists, supports degree completion, coordinates dual credit registration, and collaborates with counselors to enable timely graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee Records department and staff to ensure productivity and achievement of student success goals
• Guide processes for graduation applications, transcript evaluations, and enrollment verifications
• Coordinate dual credit registration and communications with high school counselors to support timely student registration
• Reconcile state reporting and ensure compliance with laws governing student records
• Assist internal and external customers with Records inquiries
