Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree (from an accredited College or University preferred) or equivalent
• 2 years for support or 0-2 years for professional
• High School Degree or Equivalent

Aufgaben

• Coordinate clinical rotation schedules for nursing cohorts
• Arrange capstone placements for nursing students in preceptorships
• Schedule clinical placements for allied health students
• Manage onboarding and clearance for all students (excluding Nurse Practitioner and Medical Doctor programs). This includes nursing, CNA, PT/OT, speech therapy, respiratory therapy, EMT, CRNA, PA, phlebotomy, MLT, and others
• Review and verify student documentation, including background checks, drug screenings, immunization records, BLS certification, and other required forms
• Enter students into the Extended Enterprise system and enroll them in the appropriate EPIC training modules
• Monitor and track flu vaccine compliance during flu season
• Represent the organization on advisory boards for all affiliated academic institutions
• Foster partnerships with external schools by conducting rounds and check‑ins with students and school staff during and after clinical rotations
• Additional duties as assigned
