Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience.
• 6 years progressive work experience and 1 year management experience.
• Current BLS certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care by managing admissions, transfers, and discharges with care teams.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and supervising clinical staff.
• Monitor practices for policy compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Communicate with staff, management, patients, and families to ensure clear information flow.
• Oversee supplies and equipment within the unit and ensure proper use.
• Document patient care activities accurately for reporting and audits.
• Identify operational challenges and implement efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on policy development and execution.
